Update on COVID-19 & Your Safety

In response to the growing concerns about the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to provide an update on the steps we've put in place to help protect our team members and guests:

• VIRTUAL SHOWROOM PROCESS:  Our managers are standing by to act as your digital retailing concierge.
• Shop our virtual showroom and browse all of our new and used inventory online.
• Request a personalized walk around video by calling us or filling out a form on our website.
• Get pre-approved for financing by calling us at 877-395-2005. Ask for a sales associate.
• Find out how much your trade in vehicle is worth through our website's virtual trade evaluation tool.
• Schedule a test drive, give us a time and the vehicle will be ready when you arrive.

• EMPLOYEES' HEALTH:  Our team members are prohibited from reporting to work if they have been exposed to a COVID-19 patient, if they have traveled to high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or have taken a cruise.  
• We are also communicating continuously to our team members to make sure that any potential health concerns are addressed immediately.

• SANITATION AND CLEANLINESS: Our store teams have all increased their focus and commitment to maintaining the cleanest possible facilities and working environments within our offices and dealerships.
• All work station areas are set up for social distancing.
• We are discouraging more than 10 people in one area of the dealership, in line with government recommendations.
• Surface coverings are being used inside all vehicles.

While there is a lot of uncertainty because of COVID-19, we are grateful that you have looked to us, your fairway family to help you purchase and service your vehicle.
